He stepped out of the door to let other passengers leave the car, where he was detained by a police officer.  That officer brought him to Defendant Officer Amauris Santana.  Defendant Santana interviewed a woman whom Plaintiff was allegedly touching lewdly, but who repeatedly told Officer Santana that Plaintiff had done nothing to her.   Notwithstanding these clear statements by the alleged victim, Officer Santana took Plaintiff to a precinct, swore false charges, and arrested him.  After being held for several hours, Plaintiff was tightly handcuffed and taken to Central Booking.  When Plaintiff complained about the tightness, the officer demeaned his manhood and tightened the cuffs further.  The Plaintiff was charged that day.   He returned twice for hearings, and all charges were dismissed on December 4, 2013.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.424161/gov.uscourts.nysd.424161.2.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/13143306/singh-v-the-city-of-new-york/"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/XUG7-amauris-santana.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"109352","regular":"108510","overtime":"42445","other":"20807","total":"171762"},"id":"XUG7","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/XUG7"}
