While residing at this location, plaintiff found police officers at his door, who eventually ended up firing a taser at plaintiff. Plaintiff had lost consciousness and after regaining consciousness, was tasered again. Subsequently, plaintiff was placed in handcuffs and was verbally abused by the police agents. \n\nAfter having been treated for his injuries in a hospital, plaintiff was transferred to the police precinct where he was fingerprinted, processed and \"strip searched\".
