Michael Dunn, Anthony Rumph, Fram Roekthanom, Andre Arias, Carlos Marchena, Jose Cintron.  The officers began searching plaintiff without his consent or permission.  They ordered plaintiff to pull his pants down to his knees (with other members of the public inside the park onlooking).  Then they ordered plaintiff to jump up and down and then to squat.  One officer with a gloved hand put his hand between plaintiff's buttocks.  No contraband was ever recovered from plaintiff.  Nonetheless, the officers tightly handcuffed plaintiff and put him in a prisoner van.  Plaintiff was driven around for about 5 hours in excruciating pain from the severely tight handcuffs before arriving at the precinct.  At the precinct, plaintiff was strip-searched a second time.  The officers falsely accused plaintiff of possessing and selling a controlled substance.  Unable to pay bail set for him, plaintiff was taken to Rikers Island, where he was jumped and assaulted by inmates.
