John Doe. Plaintiff was driven around until Defendants arrested another male teenager, and then both were taken to the 24th precinct. Plaintiff was not pointed out, but remained handcuffed to a pole, tightly, for at least 7 hours. When Plaintiff complained about the handcuffs, Defendant Police Officer Rosario told her to \"Shut the f*** up\". Plaintiff was questioned without the presence of her mother, who she was not allowed to call, and when Plaintiff's mother eventually got to the precinct she was denied access to her daughter. \n\nWhen Plaintiff was being released, Defendant Police Officer Rosario pulled her arm tightly while Plaintiff was gathering her belongings, which led to a verbal altercation in which Defendant Police Officer Rosario punched her in the eye and then repeatedly in the face while other officers grabbed and pulled Plaintiff onto the chair and wall. Plaintiff was then charged with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Assaulting an Officer. Plaintiff's mother observed this and was then pushed away from the location. Plaintiff was taunted and then taken to the hospital in shackles. \n\nPlaintiff suffered humiliation, pain, and great distress of mind and body.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=MRlHTpBCcR3QJki7lXj_PLUS_jg==","type":"complaint"}]},{"officer_name":"Rosario, Domingo M.","disposition":"Settlement","start_date":"2012-11-19","disposition_date":"2013-09-19","court":"Supreme Court - New York","docket":"157618/2012","name":"Banks, Star By Mng Ling, Sue Ann, et Al vs City of New York, et al.","payout_amount":10000}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/XYNK-domingo-rosario.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"97894","regular":"96691","overtime":"23303","other":"24291","total":"144284"},"id":"XYNK","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/XYNK"}
