The POs falsely accused him of criminal acts before violently grabbing Plaintiff's head and body and pushing him to the ground, causing serious permanent injuries, without legal justification. POs then illegally searched Plaintiff by aggressively shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas before violently contorting his arms to apply the handcuffs in an excessively-tight fashion, causing bruising and swelling. Plaintiff's requests to loosen the handcuffs were ignored. \n\nPlaintiff was taken to the 34th Precinct where he was processed, including a strip search, and illegally interrogated without counsel or a Miranda warning before being taken to the hospital for evaluation then Central Booking. Plaintiff was released after approximately one day. While Plaintiff was detained, PO Loubriel signed and forwarded a criminal court complaint that he knew contained fabricated allegations regarding the possession and sale of narcotics.
