Shortly after, the the daughter's nurse informed Mr. Maggio she was breathing. As Mr. Maggio attempted to enter the house,  Officers Salvatore Oliveri, Christopher Payne, Peter Evensen, Annaruth Legare, Jonathan Bass, and James Amundsen forced him to the ground. Officer Ryan McGuiness kicked him in the back while he was on the ground. Officers Oliveri, Payne, Evense, Legare, Bass, and Amundsen handcuffed Mr. Maggio's  too tightly and put him in a sitting position. Officer McGuinness un-holstered his taser  \"in a threatening manner\" while smirking at Mr. Maggio, and repeatedly poked him in the chest with his finger. \n\nMr. Maggio began to have symptoms consistent with a heart attack and was strapped to a gurney. Officer McGuiness punched Mr. Maggio in the ribs while he was on the gurney. Mr. Maggio remained in handcuffs until he was seen by a physician at the hospital despite asking repeatedly for them to be loosened. Officer Drummond approached the driver’s side window and asked for license and registration. Meanwhile, Officer Bannon-Albarano approached the passenger side window and began yelling and cursing at the plaintiffs. Plaintiff Domenica Dimaggio, who was in the passenger side of the vehicle, asked Bannon-Albarano if she was trying to harass her and the officer responded that to see harassment, she should get out of the car. Domenica got out of the car and Bannon-Albarano handcuffed her in a tight and painful manner. The officers also tightly handcuffed Plaintiff Giovanni, placed both plaintiffs in the back of the police car, and brought them to the 123rd precinct. \n\nIn the precinct, Bannon-Albarano subjected Domenica to an invasive strip search, where she lifted her shirt and bra to expose her breasts, lifted her breasts, and pulled down her pants and underwear to expose her genitalia and buttocks.
