After the Plaintiff complied, Defendant Officers struck the Plaintiff and forced her toward their police vehicle where they began to search her and groped her breasts. Plaintiff was subsequently issued a ticket for disorderly conduct, and falsely arrested, even though the Defendant Officers at no point observed any unlawful conduct by the Plaintiff. When the Plaintiff was taken to the precinct, the Plaintiff suffered an asthma attack and the Defendant Officers refused to give her medical attention. She was also refused her required medication after the Plaintiff informed Defendant Officers that she was a Type II diabetic and required her medication. At the precinct, the Defendant Officers falsely informed the Bronx County District Attorney's Office that they had observed plaintiff commit a crime and prepared false paperwork regarding the circumstances of her arrest.
