Defendants, including Officer James Weik, Officer Joseph Rodelli, and Lieutenant Joseph Algerio, took plaintiff to the ground and held him face down.  Even though he was pinned down by three officers, Officer Rodelli began punching plaintiff on the side and back of his body.  Officer Weik then tased plaintiff, while he was held face down on the ground, at least three times.
