The officer Frederick Alleyne -who was not on duty at the moment- accused Natal of harassment, but Natal was in fact the one being harassed by the officer's road rage: the officer Alleyne continued to disturb Natal's peaceful driving on the road and even threatened with his weapon. Foster and Gergenti then falsely arrested Natal and filed false reports based on Alleyne's version of the event in order to cover up Alleyne's conduct and without any evidence and any investigation to confirm Alleyne's story: the officers arrested Natal despite should have knowing that Alleyne was maliciously accusing Natal warrantlessly. Furthermore, the officers continued to prosecute Natal despite should have knowing the unreasonableness of the claim.
