The officers would not take Magwood’s police report and arrested and assaulted each of the plaintiffs. Magwood and Jasmine Bradley were placed in handcuffs, formerly arrested, taken to the stationhouse, and brought to Central Booking. They were arraigned with criminal complaints containing false allegations made by officers Henrique and Briggs. The charges were later dismissed.  Plaintiff Perry Bradley was handcuffed excessively tight, punched and held and assaulted by officers Henrique, Briggs, Lachowski, and Camera. The officers jabbed his ribs with a nightstick, pushed him to the ground, and kicked his back, body, and arms. He was arraigned on a criminal complaint containing false allegations by officer Henrique and the charges were eventually dismissed. \n\nWhile Plaintiff P. Bradley was being assaulted, his father, Plaintiff Lawrence Bradley heard what Bradley scream and asked the officers why they were assaulting his son. In response, officers Goubeaud and Bulfamante pushed him against a fence and onto the ground, kicked his back and body, hit his head with a baton, handcuffed and detained him. Officer Bulfamente made false allegations against Lawrence Bradley in summons, but never served him with the summons. It is believed the charges were dismissed. Plaintiff Eugene Johnson was punched by officers Henrique and Briggs, jabbed in the ribs with a nightstick, pushed to the ground, and kicked on his back, body, and arms. He was placed in handcuffs and arrested. He was eventually released and the charges were later dismissed. None of the Plaintiffs committed any crime or violation of the law on June 8, 2013. Plaintiff was present with Mr. Givens and other individuals who resided in the building, when they were approached by defendant NYPD officers James Roche and Edward McDonough. The defendants placed handcuffs on plaintiff’s wrists and arrested him. The officers escorted plaintiff out of the building and then, after holding him for 10 to 15 minutes, released plaintiff from custody after issuing him a ticket setting forth a fabricated\nallegation, which was forwarded to prosecutors for use in court against him. Plaintiff returned to the building to visit Mr. Givens and his other friends. Despite the fact that plaintiff had been previously stopped and released by Roche, and the defendants knew that plaintiff was otherwise lawfully present in the building as an invited guest, defendant officers Roche, Goubeaud, and Andrew Freeman arrested plaintiff for purportedly trespassing. Plaintiff was then taken in a police van to the 40th precinct. Defendant police officers created and manufactured false evidence which was used against plaintiff in the legal proceedings. Specifically, defendant officer Goubeaud swore to false allegations that plaintiff was trespassing at the aforementioned location, which formed the basis of the criminal charges filed against plaintiff.
