Defendants NYPD Police Officers Nohilly, Hot, and John Does 1-5 maliciously prosecuted the infant A.D. without any indication that she participated in any criminal activity. Because of Plaintiff infant A.D.'s arrest, the other Plaintiff--Sara Sako (infant A.D.'s parent)--was forced to expend a lot of money to defend the action against her daughter. Plaintiff infant A.D.'s charges were dismissed on June 10th, 2020 in the Bronx.
