This misconduct resulted in an unjustified detention, malicious prosecution, and a denial of procedural and substantive due process under the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments of the U.S. Constitution. \n\nThe plaintiff was detained without a warrant until all charges were dismissed on April 30, 2015. \n\nThe plaintiff was the subject of malicious prosecution, false arrest, suppression of evidence, and conspiracy with the defendants, acting under color of law, wrongfully accusing the plaintiff of a crime he did not commit.
