Nonetheless, the officers transported the plaintiffs to the precinct and seized the vehicle. Police accused the plaintiffs for drinking an alcoholic beverage or was in possession of an open container in his car. The prosecutors declined to prosecute some plaintiffs. Those plaintiffs that are prosecuted are dismissed from the charges. After the release, plaintiffs asked the police to release their seized properties to them. But the police officers refused to release plaintiff’s properties, including but not limited to the cell phones, cell phone accessories, Bombay Gin, clothes, credit card, and wallets.
