Plaintiff asked her friend to hand Plaintiff her driver's license but the friend incorrectly passed Plaintiff Plaintiff's military ID. Upon realizing the error PO Douglas became irritated and directed Plaintiff to exit the car. Plaintiff hesitated, unsure why she had been pulled over, then PO Douglas thew open the door, grabbed Plaintiff, and forcibly pulled her from the car. Plaintiff was thrown against her car, handcuffed, and shoved in the back of a police car. Plaintiff has PTSD and a fear of small spaced due to an incident that occurred during her tour in Iraq and informed POs of the same. POs instead began taunting and mocking Plaintiff for being a veteran and one PO spat at Plaintiff through the window after shining his flashlight in her eyes. POs sprayed Plaintiff with pepper spray twice stating while laughing \"I bet you don't remember that from the Army.\" When an ambulance arrived to take Plaintiff to the hospital two POs intentionally lifted Plaintiff's shirt to expose her breasts to other POs, Plaintiff's friend, and numerous spectators. POs then threw Plaintiff onto the concrete and held her there by placing their knees on the back of Plaintiff's head, pressing her face into the ground. Plaintiff was thereafter taken to the hospital.
