During the August 9, 2016 incident, Defendant NYPD Officer Christopher Wintermute slammed plaintiff's head against the wall of Julio's Place at 102-104-106 West 128th Street, twisting his arms behind his back and placing mechanical restraints on plaintiff's wrist. In the hospital, NYPD Officers Wintermute and Margaret Bauer grabbed plaintiff and suspended him in the air in an effort to force him to cooperate with a triage nurse. On or about April 26, 2017, plaintiff Herrera was grabbed by defendant Defendant FJC Security Officer Smith.
