All of which was motivated by the policy from NYPD Stop and Frisk, which clearly is based on racial profiling. \n\nOn or about 3/5/17,  CITY, NYPD, ARSLANBECK, DOE, AND ROE took NUNEZ to a police station to take his fingerprints and photograph without consent and falsely held him at police stations, correctional facilities, and the courthouse at 215 East 161st, County of Bronx.  All of which was done in a wanton, wilful, deliberate, reckless, malicious, and grossly negligent manner. All of which resulted in social and professional embarrassment. On or about 3/5/17,  CITY, NYPD, ARSLANBECK, DOE, AND ROE, arraigned and falsely and maliciously prosecuted NUNEZ without committing a crime. He remained incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period. He sustained physical and emotional injuries.
