The defendants approached the plaintiff and accused him of criminal acts before seizing his person with their hands, and aggressively grabbing the plaintiff's body, without probable cause or warrant. The defendants searched the plaintiff's person b y aggressively shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas, before placing excessively tight handcuffs on him, which cause the plaintiff to experience bruises, swelling and pain. The plaintiff's plea and complaint about the handcuffs were ignored by the defendants. The plaintiff was transported to 120th precinct where he was fingerprinted, photographed, strip searched and illegally interrogated without counsel and being Mirandized.  The plaintiff was detained for approximately 6 days before his release from physical custody on or about June 6, 2023. The plaintiff was charged.
