On January 4, 2019, at approximately 10:27 p.m., [redacted] was inside his residence with his mother, [redacted] at [redacted] apartment four, in Brooklyn when he observed PO Sean McDonnell of the 81st Precinct, standing in the common hallway and looking into the apartment through the open door which had been previously closed. PO McDonnell looked at [redacted] and allegedly told him to, "Get the fuck down" (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted] and pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegation B: Force, [redacted] PO McDonnell and PO Charles Goff of the 81st Precinct stepped into the apartment (Allegations C and D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] Lt. John Kountouris, Sgt. Hilton Jean-Pierre, and PO Dylan Mattern, all from the 81st Precinct, followed inside soon thereafter. [redacted] asked for the names and shield numbers of PO McDonnell, PO Goff, and Lt. Kountouris.
