Summary

On March 21, 2020, at approximately 9:00 p.m., at the corner of Nostrand Avenue and Myrtle Avenue in Brooklyn, [redacted] drove his [redacted] with his sister [redacted] his girlfriend [redacted] and his niece, [redacted] his acquaintance [redacted]'s six-year-old daughter. Lieutenant Henry Daverin of the 79th Precinct, who was in a vehicle with Police Officer Mohamed Elhanafi and Police Officer Antonio Zorrilla (both of the 79th Precinct), conducted a vehicle stop (Allegations A and B, Abuse of Authority: Vehicle stop, [redacted]). Officers returned all four to the 79th Precinct stationhouse at approximately 10:00 p.m..
