Summary

On December 12th, 2020, at approximately 11:45 pm, [redacted] exited the driver's seat of a 2020 Toyota Pathfinder in front of [redacted] in Brooklyn, and his passenger, [redacted] switched from the passenger's seat into the driver's seat. Lieutenant Timothy Bravakos, accompanied by Police Officers Mubbashar Zahid, Khurram Zubair, and Joseph McDonald, all of the 60th Precinct, allegedly conducted a vehicle stop of [redacted] vehicle (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO McDonald and PO Zubair allegedly drew their guns (Allegation B-C, Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Lieutenant Bravokos and PO Zahid allegedly pointed their guns at [redacted] (Allegation D-E: Force, [redacted]). While PO Zubair and PO McDonald conducted the vehicle stop, Lieutenant Brovakos and PO Zahid stopped and frisked [redacted] (Allegation F-I, Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). After the frisk concluded, all officers returned to their vehicle.
