Police Officer Hadi Saifi and Police Officer Cristian Monterrosa, both of the 69 Precinct, pulled [redacted] vehicle over at the corner of Rockaway Parkway and Seaview Avenue in Brooklyn on June 7, 2021 at 8PM for a traffic violation. Police Officer Denise Garcia-Torres, Police Officer Travis Smikle, Police Officer Justin Flores, and Police Officer Jia Lau, all of the 69 Precinct, also arrived.
