Summary

On February 18, 2022, at approximately 11:38 pm, [redacted] was driving his vehicle in the vicinity of Union Avenue and Broadway in Brooklyn when Sergeant Ramil Casimir, of the 90th Precinct, stopped his vehicle for disobeying pavement markings. Sgt. Casimir ordered [redacted] to exit his vehicle and Police Officer Karl Thomas, of the 90th Precinct, allegedly pulled him out of the vehicle (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Thomas searched [redacted] and Sgt. Casimir frisked and searched him (Allegations B-D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). Sgt.
