On June 18, 2023 at approximately 8:16 p.m., [redacted] was walking in the vicinity of Lenox Avenue and West 143rd Street in Manhattan when Officer Jimmy Infanzon ("PO Infanzon") and Officer Dylan Damalio ("PO Damalio"), all of the 32nd Precinct Neighborhood Coordinating Officer Team, stopped [redacted] after receiving a description of [redacted] from PO Kevin McDermott ("PO McDermott") of the 32nd Precinct Neighborhood Safety Team (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO McDermott frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegation B-C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). An officer used force to restrain [redacted] during the frisk and search (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]). PO McDermott did not recover anything from the frisk and search.
