Complaint
Description: On August 4, 2021, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street when P.O.s including Officer Jared Santiago stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained Plaintiff without reasonable cause. Plaintiff was subjected to a strip search while in custody and incarcerated for over 24 hours. As a result, Plaintiff sustained physical injuries. All charges against Plaintiff were terminated favorably.
