Description: On July 27, 2018, plaintiff was at an ATM when NYPD officers were called to respond to a nearby argument. When the officers arrived, they arrested plaintiff despite plaintiff informing them that they had the wrong person. The officers placed plaintiff in tight handcuffs and violently threw him into an NYPD vehicle. Plaintiff was transported to a precinct, where the officers conducted an improper and unreasonable cavity search and plaintiff was denied food and water.
