Description: On July 14, 2016, Mr. Leckie got into an argument with an unknown person and tussled over a pocket knife that the person pulled out of their pocket. When Mr. Leckie gained control, the person ran away. Before Mr. Leckie could register what had happened, Officer Gonzalez arrived and pointed his weapon at Mr. Leckie, telling him to get on the ground and stomping on his back, applying pressure such that it was hard to breathe. Officer Robinson was radioed to the scene. Mr. Leckie explained that he was the victim and had been cut and was taken to the hospital.
