Description: On September 7, 2020, around 1:03 PM near 243 Hancock Street, Brooklyn, Plaintiff Young entered a small grocery store intending to buy a sandwich when Defendants Officer Shaun Clarke and Officers John and Jane Doe 1-8, from the 79th precinct, entered the store. One defendant told Plaintiff to "step out of the store," and they told him he was being accused of committing robbery. Plaintiff asked who made the allegation and pointed out that he was wearing slippers, shorts, and a t-shirt. Defendant officers brought Plaintiff outside the store and handcuffed him.
