Complaint
Description: On February 21, 2021, P.O. Vlora Gjeka and unknown officers John Doe and Roe approached Plaintiff Leroy Murray in the Bronx and, absent any legal justification, stopped, searched, assaulted, and detained him. They subjected Mr. Murray to a strip search while in their custody. He was arraigned following his arrest and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours. He was required to attend numerous court proceedings until all charges were terminated favorably.
