Description: On December 26, 2018, the Plaintiff (an old, Cantonese Chinese man) was trying to park his car in a spot that was blocked by Defendant Went (a middle-aged mainland Chinese man). The Plaintiff approached the Defendant and asked him to move his car, to which the Defendant angrily got out of his van and threatened to assault the Plaintiff with a metallic object. When the Plaintiff tried to leave the scene, the Defendant punched him in the throat and kicked him in the legs, causing him to break his wrist. The Defendant then proceeded to damage the Plaintiff's car.
