Complaint
Description: On July 12, 2017, Plaintiff Wayne Parker was accosted, assaulted, and arrested by P.O.s Daniel Feldman and Matthew Omara. The officers injured Mr. Parker such that he could not freely move or leave the scene without informing him of why he was being placed under arrest. Mr. Parker was then confined. On July 13, Mr. Parker was released from custody and on December 4, 2017, all charges were dismissed.
