Description: On April 11, 2013, Plaintiff was in New York Downtown Hospital where his wife had just given birth. He was stopped by security. NYPD Police Officers James Hart, Charles Kosa, Daniel Dagaetano, Dennis Burgos and others arrived, assaulted him causing him to lose consciousness. He awoke in a police precinct, having been falsely arrested. They then falsely charged him.
