Description: On July 4, 2020 Officers Brillante and Barry began following Plaintiff's Eduardo Boscarello vehicle out of a church parking lot. They did not turn on their lights/sirens, activate their body cameras, or inform the dispatcher that they were following Plaintiff. They deactivated their vehicle's AVL and DASLITE history to keep their pursuit hidden. They used their vehicle to cause Plaintiff's vehicle to crash, and sped away until a civilian flagged them and told them of the accident. They returned to the crash and did not assist Plaintiff or his companions in the vehicle, so civilians rendered aid and called 911.
