Description: On April 25, 2021, P.O. Conrado Abreugerez along with unknown P.O.s John Does 1-10 approached and assaulted Plaintiff Isiah Day outside of a deli in Brooklyn. The officers exited their cruiser, charged at Mr. Day, and one of them almost immediately deployed their taser. One prong struck the back of Mr. Day's head and the other struck his upper back. He was tased twice more and it caused him to fall forwards without the ability to break his fall. He hit the ground face first, lost consciousness, and suffered abrasions to his face, head, arms, and hands.
