Description: On July 13, 2013, Plaintiff was standing on the street when defendant officers arrived, exited their vehicles, approached him, and began physically assaulting him. Officers including Defendant PO Noemi Sierra & Defendant PO Gregory Schoendorf struck him in the head and body with fists, asps & batons, slammed him to the ground, kicked him in his head and body, and ground his face on the ground. Plaintiff did not attempt to resist arrest and was left bleeding from his head and nose. Plaintiff was searched, which yielded no evidence of any illegal possessions.
