Description: On October 27, 2020, Plaintiffs Olivia Wanebo and John Acosta attended a protest against police brutality in Kings County. Plaintiff Acosta was filming the officers stationed at the protest and witnessed an unnamed officer use their bicycle as a weapon against another protestor.
