Description: On August 28, 2019, Plaintiff Victor Williams got into a fight with his girlfriend at home and called the police to remove her. Officers Ruben Alvarez and John Brennan arrived and began to escort Plaintiff's girlfriend out. P.O Brennan made loud, condescending remarks to Plaintiff, an African American transgender man, using racial slurs and other unprofessional language. Plaintiff told the officers to leave and shut the door on them once they had left. The two officers forced the door back open, pushed Plaintiff to the ground, and began violently striking him about the body.
