Description: On October 11, 2019, at around 10pm, Plaintiff was attempting to help his brother who was having a psychological episode. Plaintiff was riding in an elevator with two police offcers who hit Plaintiff in the head with a hard object once the doors opened. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to a precinct, searched and held for several hours then taken to a hospital to treat injuries. Plaintiff was handcuffed at the hospital. Plaintiff was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing administration, and resisting arrest. The matter was later dismissed.
