Description: On January 13, 2018, late at night, plaintiff Shameik Nixon arrived at his grandmother's apartment where defendants Sergeant Robert Martinez, Lieutenant Bobo, Officer Adrian Theobald, Officer Luis Naranjo, Officer Louis Stephenson, Officer Ramil Casimir, and Officer Noel Damico were present. Upon plaintiff's arrival, the defendants showed him a picture of his nephew, Ray Ray, and demanded to know who Ray Ray was. Plaintiff responded that Ray Ray is his nephew and asked defendants if they had a warrant. Defendants refused to show plaintiff a warrant, at which time plaintiff asked the defendants to leave.
