Complaint
Description: On or about December 31, 2017, at approximately 3:30 a.m., the plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk when he approached eight or more officers of the NYPD. At that point, Police Officer Insalaco aggressively pushed plaintiff into a metal security gate. Insalaco, Police Officer Kinigson and other officers then verbally abused the plaintiff, unlawfully searched his person, and placed him into handcuffs against his will. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct and charged with violation of Section 240.20 of the Penal Law (disorderly conduct).
