Complaint
Description: On September 15, 2021, defendant POs approached plaintiff for no reason and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered and detained him when he was in the vicinity of 1719 Cross Bronx Expressway. Plaintiff was subject to a strip search while in the custody of defendants. Plaintiff was incarcerated for over 24 hours and was required to make numerous court appearances over an extended period of time until all charges against him were terminated favorably.
