Description: On January 19, 2012, Plaintiff was working as an event promoter at an event space in Brooklyn when Defendant Officers Pirozzi, Thompson and Mathura entered the space and informed Plaintiff that he could no longer hold events at the location due to several disturbance complaints. Plaintiff advised the Defendant Officers that he would inform his employer. The following evening, after the Plaintiff informed event promoters scheduled to organize an event that evening that the event could not take place due to the Defendant Officers' directive, they called on nearby Defendant Officers John Doe 1-2 for help.
