Complaint
Description: On September 13, 2016, Plaintiff Abdul Baybury was driving in Queens upon being stopped by Defendants PO Barhold and POs Doe. Plaintiff had legally purchased the vehicle and held all the requisite documents and paperwork. The vehicle dealer had also applied a temporary license plate to the rear of Plaintiff's window. Due to issues regarding his vehicular insurance, Plaintiff had to acquire a second set of temporary plates, which he then placed on his rear window. Defendants Barnhold and Doe ripped off the affixed temporary plates, accused Plaintiff of driving with "forged" documents, and pursued charges and Plaintiff.
