Description: On June 28, 2020. dozens of NYPD officers appeared at a Queer Liberation for Black Lives March, which was peaceful and enjoyable prior to this point. The officers rushed the crowd or protestors, cursed at them, used pepper spray and tear gas, and violently shoved individuals to the ground. Plaintiff heard cries for assistance and request by people for her to come help. Plaintiff observed a young man being arrested, being dragged aggressively across the ground.
