Upon arriving at the scene of his handcuffed brother, plaintiff asked the P.O.s why they were arresting him. Despite complying with the P.O.s' orders, plaintiff was pushed by defendant P.O. Aiello. Description: On July 22, 2019, one of P.O.s Henry Gregorek, Andrew McKeon, Daniel Traylor, or Duke Tortorici came into a pizza store where plaintiff was ordering food and accosted plaintiff. The officer asked plaintiff why he was smoking in the store, and plaintiff denied that he was. The officer said to step outside, and plaintiff voiced objection. Then the officer began pulling on plaintiff when he stepped outside the store and continued pulling on plaintiff in the middle of the street.
