Complaint
Description: Defendant officer Noftsier approached Plaintiff and her friends hanging out on the stoop of her apartment and asked them to all leave. All of the individuals complied but Plaintiff remained on the stoop and since it was her apartment. Officers asked plaintiff to produce identification, but plaintiff was unable to since her ID was in the building, so officers arrested and charged her with disorderly conduct, which was later dismissed.
