Description: On February 19, 2019, around 6:00 AM, Plaintiff was sleeping in a hotel room rented at the Look Hotel, 17 Seabring Street, Brooklyn, when Defendants, including NYPD Officers Rahmaan Wiltshire and any number of John Does 1-10 knocked on Plaintiff's door and demanded entry. Upon entering, Defendant Officer Wiltshire and other defendants unlawfully arrested Plaintiff, claiming they had a (improperly obtained) warrant in connection with a burglary. Defendant Wiltshire rear handcuffed Plaintiff with excessive tightness and transported him to the 46th precinct, in Bronx County.
