Description: On May 7, 2016, plaintiff was biking along Times Square when defendants hit plaintiff in the leg with a baton, pushed him into a concrete barrier and handcuffed him. Plaintiff was arrested and transported to an NYPD precinct. Defendants O'Hare and Amaya forwarded false evidence to the DA's Office in order to justify his arrest, due to which he was detained for nearly two days.
