Description: On November 26, 2011, Plaintiffs Diaz, Taveras and Guzman were in a parked automobile when Defendant Officer Evan Johnson opened Diaz’ door and pulled him out. Defendant Johnson threw Plaintiff Diaz to the ground, assaulted him, and cuffed him. Defendants Taveras and Guzman were similarly pulled from the vehicle and arrested by other officers. All of the Plaintiffs were taken to the 46th Precinct. There Diaz was strip searched, after which he lost consciousness.
