Description: On October 4, 2017, plaintiff was at his home in the Bronx when defendant P.O.s Ransford Wisdom and John and Jane Does 1-8 unlawfully entered and searched his apartment. Plaintiff was unlawfully arrested for attempted murder, attempted assault, reckless endangerment, menacing, and harassment for an incident that occurred on September 13, 2017. Plaintiff denies these charges. The charges were not supported by the objective evidence available to law enforcement at the time of the arrest. As a result of this arrest and the ensuing charges filed against him, plaintiff was incarcerated for over a year. The charges against plaintiff were sealed and dismissed on August 21, 2019.
