Description: On April 13, 2018, plaintiff went to a lounge with her friends and, deciding it was unsafe to drive after having a few drinks, went to sleep in her car with the seat reclined all the way back, car off, and keys out of the ignition. P.O. Christopher Hernandez and an unidentified officer approached plaintiff's vehicle and began banging on the window. P.O. Hernandez informed plaintiff that she looked intoxicated and was arrested. Plaintiff cooperated with the officers' instructions, but also adamantly voiced her position that she was not operating her vehicle.
